This is the Colonel.
He’s a rather pompous and eldery cockroach and a former Colonel in the Indian Cavalry regiment.
He is never seen without his distinctive hairpiece and runs the exclusive (and only) wig and Gentlemen’s attire shop in the area, conveniently located under a tree nearby the vegetable patch.
The Colonel is Barry’s most trusted mentor.
